For years, principals have been competing against each other for jobs, resources and accolades. In recent times, feeling pressure from the media and central administration, they have been feeling inadequate. Mentor gives school Principals a platform on which they could work together to reinstate their position.It allows the Principal to move into a realm that will be more powerful, more productive and significantly impact the teaching and learning process.

Mentor's vision is to first reach principals from every remote corner of India and then spread to other countries creating a network of heads of institutions to facilitate a channel whereby new and improved methods of learning can be shared and received. The vision of Mentor is also to create a forum where they can discuss concerns and issues they have and possible ways to resolve them. In the long run Mentor aims in influencing education.
