A qualified chemical engineer he is a master trainer from Dale Carnegie - USA, a trained NLP practitioner, specialist in speech therapy, master trainer in life skills.

A very sought after trainer in communication and presentation skills, he has trained several thousand individuals of schools, management colleges and corporate across India . He is a consultant to several TV channels, children's brands and educational institutions on issues related to psychosocial development of youngsters. He gives voice-overs to several documentaries and hosts events on TV as a hobby. He loves travelling, meeting people & adventure activities.

Sultan believes that merely exploring one's own potential is not enough; living one's life `fully' is extremely important. His strong belief that students must be equipped with essential skills to take on the challenges of life is what inspires him to work relentlessly in the educational arena. Sultan is the Managing Director of S S Edutainment Pvt. Ltd., EduMedia India Pvt Ltd and Krayons Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

As a Principal, Director and most of all an educationist, she has been successful in achieving a high performance culture amongst her team, which in turn involved handling different functional heads, different temperaments and human personnel to achieve the set objectives of the institution.

Her expertise also lies in her capacity to train teachers and heads of various institutions and has thereupon been a panel member and a senior team member of resource persons in various schools across the State. For her exemplary work as the Director and Principal of a group of institutions, she received an award from Rotary Bangalore for Vocational Excellence.

A management graduate who has a penchant for making a difference to the lives of people around her. She has worked extensively in conceptualizing meaningful educational projects for the development of children.
