He started his career with HAL as Design Engineer in 1970's, in the 80's he set up Addon Engineering a very successful automotive accessories company that prides itself for being run on ethical lines.
It is this conviction of practical experience of running the industry differently that brought him into the public life. He is a certified NLP Practitioner, and has worked extensively in the field of values, ethics and counselling arena. His focus areas of work include the value system, human potential and skills, learning processes and various branches of psychology. He leads workshops on “effective living and leadership” at The Asia Plateau Panchgani.

Dr. S. Ghosal, currently heads the National Institute of Design's R&D Campus at Bangalore as its Acting Dean.
For the past 7 years he has been actively working to scale up the activities of NID's R&D Campus and the Outreach Programmes Centre at Bangalore where the mandate is mainly to carry on specialized PG Programmes, research driven design developments for various sectors of the industry and economy including the rural sector, the upcoming technology sectors such IT and e-enabled products and process developments etc. Academically, Dr. Ghosal holds a Ph.D from the University of Calcutta and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Technology from the All India Management Association, New Delhi.
His research areas of interest include electronic product and processes, usability issues of the future technology and strategic intervention of design in Engineering and Technology, Education and that for various sectors of the society, design for occupational health, safety and the environment. With these research areas and with a number of publications and fellowships, he has also traveled though various institutes and organizations in USA , UK , Hungary , Thailand & Sweden.

Mr. Rajiv Soni is the Head the Marketing Communication Department of Tata Steel. Prior to this he was the Head of Corporate Communications and Advertising based in Kolkata.
After a stint as a free lance journalist in 1974 Mr. Soni joined the Union Bank of India Regional Office ( East) in 1976 as an Extension Officer handling Public Relations and Branch expansion and deposit mobilization and later on moved to Mahima Advertising, Patna as COO and turned the working to achieve a massive growth and establishing as the States biggest Advertising agency.
In 1988, Mr. Rajiv Soni joined Tata Steel in the Public Relations Department in Jamshedpur with the prime role to handle the media and electronic communications. In 2006 he took over as Head of Marketing Communications Tata Steel where the objective is to address the marketing communication needs of the different brands of the Company involving advertising ,marketing PR and media contacts.
Mr Soni is a keen photographer and is actively involved with many social and professional bodies.

A media professional, with over 10 years of extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Vaibhav has worked with channels like Sony and MTV in the past and is currently the Creative Director of Endemol India Pvt. Ltd. In his capacity, Vaibhav plays a strategic role in developing new content/formats and business development for the organisation and is responsible for planning and supervising the execution of shows. He has directed and produced an array of successful shows like Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar, Oye! Its Friday, Chhote Miyan, Lycra® MTV Style Awards, Ghoom - MTV's first theatrically released spoof film, Mobbed, Kkusum, Rihhaee, Devi & Boogie Woogie to name a few.
Vaibhav has a passion for music and is exceptionally talented being a self taught flutist, compulsive poet, debuting Bollywood lyricist and a sporadic outdoor adventure enthusiast. Writing lyrics started as a hobby and then catapulted to a profound talent. Vaibhav has written the lyrics of Bollywood films like Drona and 99 and title songs for various shows on Sony, MTV, Disney, Zee and Star TV. Vaibhav has done a BSc. in Environmental Biology and MBA in Marketing.

Ms. Lathika has an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecom, followed by a Master's degree in Software Telecom from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Her professional career started at world's leading telecom product company, Nortel, in their R&D center in 1993 as a Software Engineer, designing cutting edge new products for voice recognition.
She fast tracked to becoming a Director of IT in 7 years in 2000, managing a multi million dollar budget and large IT teams. Ms. Pai is a serial entrepreneur. She started her first start up in 2001, Virtual Source, which focused on helping American companies finding the right off shoring partner for software services. She then merged it to form B2K, a BPO company B2K Corp, that provided Tech Support.
She successfully raised money through venture capital infusion from UTI Ventures, Oak Venture Partners, and Dhanalakshmi Bank. She sold B2K to Allsec Technologies in 2006, and started her 3 rd venture and current start up, Fides Global Consultants. Fides is focused in college education and enhancing skills at the under graduate level.
Fides works with over 300 colleges in India to enhance employability, creating jobs, and there by changing lives of 1000s of families. Lathika has been featured in the Top 8 women in technology in India by the Eco Times. She was the Chair for Nasscom's ITES branch in Karnataka from 2006-07, and is part of the CII Mission Skills Committee for India. She is also on the Board of Directors of a US and UK software company.
