My perception of schools in Japan...

In Japan, acclimatization is so smooth and so quick that one is bound to adapt to the very different educational culture. Model schools in Japan are all Government controlled and all are standardized. There is a very strong, uniform standard pattern in all the crèches, Nursery schools, Elementary schools, the High schools and the Universities.  All are governed by the Education Committees which ensure that training standards of all the teachers are met with before issuing the licenses for teachers.
