As a Principal, Director and most of all an educationist, she has been successful in achieving a high performance culture amongst her team to achieve the set objectives of the institution. Her expertise also lies in her capacity to train teachers and heads of various institutions and has thereupon been a panel member and a senior team member of resource persons in various schools across the State.
