Reward is defined as “a desired object or event made conditional on having fulfilled some criterion” (Kohn, 1993, p. 53). In a similar argument, reward power is seen as a student’s yearning to get something that they want (Lewis, 2008). Currently there are many types of rewards being used in the classrooms.
